– online, when ordering, by bank card or PayPal.
The final order confirmation and online transmission of the bank card number are a proof of the order. According to the provisions of the Frenc h law dated March 13th 2000, they will lead to the cost of the listed articles on the order form – plus shipping costs – being due for payment.
These processes equate to a signature and tacitly signify the customer’s acceptance.
Upon receiving your order, the shipping process of the article will begin as soon as possible and while stocks last.
Information about estimated delivery dates is not binding. If articles happen to be unavailable, our customer will be notified by email or telephone and will have the possibility to cancel his/her order. Any delay shall not authorize the customer to refuse receipt of their order or request payment of interests or damages.
No claim will be accepted beyond one week following the date of delivery by the customer.
The transfer of ownership of the delivered articles implies their full payment. The shipping of the articles will only take place in France, Overseas Departments and Territories, and exceptionally, outside this geographical area, according to the shipping conditions to be defined
