These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are entered into between Parapluie de Cherbourg and any non-commercial individual wishing to make a purchase via the website. Le Parapluie de Cherbourg reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, however, modifications will not apply to transactions in progress at the time they come into force.

The order is binding on you as soon as it is received on our server, together with payment. Acceptance of the order implies that you are clearly identified by scrupulously completing the online order form.
Prices are indicated in Euros, inclusive of all taxes, and include the VAT applicable on the date of your order. Prices are subject to change at any time. You are informed of the price to be paid when you enter your order, and you undertake to pay the amount plus shipping costs in advance, at the same time as you transmit your order.
In accordance with article L.121.16 of the French Consumer Code, you may return any items ordered. All products are eligible for reimbursement, except those excluded by law, such as products that have been personalized at your request (embroidered initials).
You have 14 clear days from receipt of your parcel to return the order. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your request, an exchange or refund will be made. However, products must not have been used or damaged and must be returned undamaged in their original packaging with any accessories, warranty and other documentation.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €100, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.

In accordance with the French law of March 13, 2000 on electronic signatures, the online transmission of your card number and the final validation of your order constitute proof of the completeness of the order and the payability of the sums due in settlement of this request. These operations are equivalent to a signature and tactilely signify the customer's acceptance.
For each order, you will be asked to pay a flat-rate contribution towards the cost of processing the order (postage, packaging, preparation of the parcel), which will be communicated in the "Basket" stage when you place your order online.

By Colissimo without signature or in a relay point: for shipments to Metropolitan France, Monaco and the French overseas departments and territories, delivery time is 48 hours (2 working days).
For overseas deliveries, the indicative delivery time is 5 to 7 days, depending on the destination. For international deliveries, the indicative delivery time is 4 to 8 days, depending on the destination.

If the parcel is not collected from the post office, it will remain available for 10 days. After this period, it will be returned to Manufactures des Parapluies de Cherbourg.
If, despite our precautions, one of your items arrives damaged on delivery, simply let us know.
